It's so great! It's awesome! You're beautiful! Um, what's your name again?' It was like, ‘Seriously? You're using all these words and you don't even know my name?' ” ![]() “It was a different world,” Mikkelsen remembered over lunch on a recent afternoon in Beverly Hills. Having already established a successful acting career in his native Denmark, he figured it was time to see what the Hollywood thing was all about. A decade or so ago, around the time he landed the role of the villain Le Chiffre in the James Bond film “Casino Royale,” Mads Mikkelsen made his first trip to Los Angeles to try to find an American agent.
